  1. iOS 13.1.1: getUserMedia() (video camera access) is still prevented in PWAs that go fullscreen/standalone. It appears to be the only API that is not consistent between Safari and Homescreen apps.

      This has existed since getUserMedia was first supported in iOS 11... but it became more troublesome when 11.3 introduced support for the manifest.json files and started respecting the standards way to go fullscreen.

      My only guess is that Apple wants to make sure there is a visual indicator that camera is streaming and provide a way to disable it, as there is in the Safari UI (which I can agree with). Seems they could do the full red bar across the top like native apps?
