    1. iOS 13.1.1: getUserMedia() (video camera access) is still prevented in PWAs that go fullscreen/standalone. It appears to be the only API that is not consistent between Safari and Homescreen apps.

    My only guess is that Apple wants to make sure there is a visual indicator that camera is streaming and provide a way to disable it, as there is in the Safari UI (which I can agree with). Seems they could do the full red bar across the top like native apps?
